Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch your order to you as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that we have a vast range and each piece is individually made and decorated by hand. As such we cannot keep every single item in stock. If you need the piece urgently please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy this request or suggest an alternative stocked item for your approval.

For UK delivery there is a flat rate charge of £10 per consignment. We normally dispatch using the Parcelforce service. Delivery from the Highlands usually takes from 3 to 4 working days. Your order is trackable on line.

For overseas deliveries we source the most efficient and least expensive methods available which are costed on an individual basis. We should be able to indicate an estimate of shipping on request.

All deliveries are insured and are covered for loss and breakage.

Back orders - If your item is not in stock we will automatically back order for you unless you notify us otherwise. For orders of multiple items we will hold the order the order until all the items are assembled ready for shipping unless you notify us to the contrary. In this case separate shipping charges will be incurred for each dispatch.

Please note that after final notification of despatch, there must be someone present at the specified address to receive the goods during working hours.
